This is a good time to announce a new MSPB Watch project: USA v. Scott Bloch, which is a document repository for the government’s prosecutions of Mr. Bloch.
One of the pages discusses several missing entries in Bloch’s 2010 prosecution.
It is believed that the entries correspond with several whistleblower victim impact statements filed at the time.

See http://usavscottbloch.wordpress.com/cases/ddc2013/ for updates:

Nyetta, bradley smith: if you’re going to assert that nothing’s changed at OSC, you should offer the public reasons why, including your experiences with them.
