The MSPB failed to mention in their report that I have a federal lawsuit in U.S. District Court in San Diego against Susan Tsui Grundmann and Anne M. Wagner, charging them with obstruction of justice, lying to Congress and constitutional tort violations. Also, the recent Supreme Court decision in Kloeckner v. Solis, with Justice kagan giving a scathing rebuke of the Government, has become an integral aspect of my case; Moore v. Grundmann (11cv1570).

How could they issue this report to Congress………..? The whole system can be replaced with a tape recorder and a Secretary!!!
