The National Whistleblowers Center is reporting that OSC and OMB released a memo to all federal agencies to cease spying on whistleblower employees. The move follows allegations that the Food and Drug Administration monitored personal email conversations between in-house whistleblowers and Congressional staffers and the Office of Special Counsel.
